When you place an order or request a quote, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email, phone number, delivery address, garment selections, personalization, event details, notes and uploaded artwork or reference files. We keep order, quote, payment-status and fulfillment records to process your request and provide support.
If you sign in, we use your email and a temporary verification code to confirm access and associate orders with your account. If you submit a review, we collect your display name, email, product, rating, written feedback, permission and any optional photos.
Our website and hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request information for operation, security and abuse prevention. If optional text updates become available, we will also record your mobile number, consent, enrollment and opt-out information, and message delivery information.
How we use information
We use information to prepare quotes, fulfill and deliver orders, process and verify payments, send order communications and sign-in codes, provide account access, respond to questions, review submissions, prevent fraud or misuse and maintain business records. Submitted artwork and personalization are used to prepare your requested products.
Reviews and their photos are published only after you grant permission through the review form and we approve the submission. Your chosen display name, rating, product, review and approved photos may be public. Your review email remains private. Avoid including addresses, phone numbers or other sensitive information in a public review or photo.
Service providers & disclosures
We use service providers for website hosting and storage, payment processing, email, shipping and related order operations. These providers receive the information needed to perform those services. Square processes card payments through its checkout; we do not collect or store your full card number on this website. Square’s own privacy terms apply to information you provide directly to it.
We may disclose information when necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a valid legal request, protect customers or investigate fraud or misuse. We do not sell customer personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Mobile information & text message consent
Text message order updates are not currently active. If we launch them, enrollment will be optional and require a separate affirmative choice. Providing a phone number for an order does not by itself authorize automated texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use this information only to provide the order-update program you choose and administer your messaging preferences. A messaging provider may process the information on our behalf solely to deliver and operate those updates; this does not authorize that provider to market to you or transfer your consent to another sender.

Cookies & browser storage
We use browser storage to remember your shopping bag and checkout preferences and to maintain access to an order during your visit. Session cookies keep signed-in customers and authorized owners signed in. Clearing cookies or browser storage may sign you out or remove a saved bag. You can manage these settings in your browser.
Retention & security
We retain information as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, maintain transaction and tax records, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the information and its purpose. Uploaded artwork, order records and published reviews may be retained for these purposes unless removed where appropriate.
We use access controls and other measures intended to protect customer information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your sign-in codes and private order links confidential.
Your choices & requests
You can shop without creating an account and can choose whether to submit a review or photos. Text enrollment, when available, is optional. To request access to or correction of your information, deletion of account information or uploaded content, or removal of a published review or photo, contact info@pressedinplatinum.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for transaction records, legal obligations or other permitted purposes.
